Ho Ho Cards arrived just as ordered

I received my Christmas cards on schedule and beautiful. They are exactly what I ordered and the same as the pictures. I would recommend these card and company to everyone. The price was Great too !!

Great merchandise and fantastic…

Great merchandise and fantastic service. My order shipped immediately and was received in perfect condition. I really like the little coin purses. They are soft leather, all the zippers and closers work. First time I've owned an actual coin purse, and also the first time I've ordered from Miles Kimball. I am very satisfied!

Only one of the items I purchased isn’t…

Only one of the items I purchased isn’t what
I hoped for. It was a metal bluebird spinner that won’t spin.
The handle for exiting an automobile works perfectly: I can now easily get out of the car without hassle!
I haven’t erected the birdbath/planter yet.

Missing item on order

on 9/10 I sent you a message that on the confirmation of my order you sent one item was left off (second item on order sheet). I did not hear from you after sending it. I have received my order and the item I wrote you about was not included and there was no indication that it is on back order or cancelled. I have kept a copy of the message sent if that would help. No pleased

I'm pleased with the 3 year calendar I ordered but not pleased with the charges for shipping and handling. A $13 calendar turned into $25. Plus there was also a charge for another $18.09 for some kind of prewards which I NEVER agreed to. When I called they said would be cancelled but have yet never received the $18.09 credit. Dern expensive calendar!! Will probably not order from you again.

Personalized vintage Christmas Cards

Ordered a vintage Christmas card and had it personalized. They arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful!! I ordered early thinking of shipping closer to holidays because, who knows! I will be mailing early also.

Is Mileskimball.co a scam or a legit company?

They were reputable at one time, but it's been my bad experience that they are definitely scammers. Good luck trying to get a live customer service rep on the phone. If by chance you do, hopefully they won't be as rude to you as they were to me. Bottom line, I had to pay shipping both ways for a runner that was nothing short of cheap garbage. Definitely not what was pictured on the website and nowhere near the inflated cost they were charging. Please, be cautious and look around for other companies before you seriously consider purchasing from Miles Kimball.

They are scammersbased on my experience. They scam people into signing up for a membership. Once you purchase something on their website they have your credit card information an can now bill you for a membership that you did not sign up for.
